Types and classes of information processed
When you book a session or are in a course at STYRKOUT, sign up for the newsletter or other information, you provide your personal information. This can include your:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
- IP address
The data I use include your name, address, telephone number, invoicing information and messages you have sent through contact form on the website or written to my e-mail.
The purpose of registering your contact information, is that I can send you relevant information such as newsletters, invoices etc.

Consent:
If you contact me, you consent to being contacted by the e-mail or telephone number you provided.

Data security and protection:
Your information is processed securely and confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Danish Data Protection Agency, so that only relevant information is processed and that this is done legally.
I process information about you, when making client register, invoices and bookkeeping.

Storage of your data:
All information you provide me is stored securely. The data that I collect from you such as dokumentations and other notes made during the sessions and conversations, are always stored in a secure location. Digital notes are stored securely and is password protected so that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to your information.
This information is completely confidential and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

Data Retention
Information will not be held for longer than is necessary and personal data and notes will be disposed of 3 months after the end of the your course. If you wish to subscribe to newsletters your email and name will be kept in my virtual archives.
Your rights
You always have the opportunity to ask to see, correct or request to have the registered personal data deleted. You can at any time unsubscribe from the newsletter or other information sent to you from me.
